PATEF Midyear National Convention 2011
The Philippine Association for Teachers of Educational Foundations (PATEF) is pleased to invite you to its 2011 Midyear National Convention with the theme: Internationalization: Key to Global Competitiveness. This will be held on November 25 to 27, 2011 at the Palawan State University Performing Arts Center, Tiniguiban Campus, Puerto Prinsesa, Palawan.
8th PATEF Midyear Convention Theme: Internationalization of Education: Key to Global Competitiveness
This 3-day gathering of teacher educators, administrators of TEIs, basic education teachers, and other stakeholders in education aims to: 1) expose participants to trends, processes, and practices in internationalizing educational institutions for global competitiveness; 2) enable participants to plan research possible for international publication and other actions to help improve one's institution to reach its target level of internationalization; 3) provide a venue for discussing implications of internationalizing education to produce globally competitive citizens; and 4) to improve education across levels to be at par with international benchmarks. This activity will be held on November 25-27, 2011 at the Palawan State University Performing Arts Center, Tiniguiban Campus, Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

In accordance with the pertinent provisions of Republic Act (R.A.) 7722, otherwise known as the "Higher Education Act of 1994", this Office hereby endorses the subject undertaking organized by the Philippine Association for Teachers of Educational Foundations (PATEF) for the support and participation of all concerned.
